The names of the Justice’s whose last names are colors are: Horace Gray, Henry Billings Brown, Edward Douglas White, Hugo Black and Byron White. This first question was an homage to William Hubbs Rehnquist, himself a trivia buff who enjoyed a friendly wager; the “Chief” asked this question of all his new law clerks. |
